I was born and raised in the city of gwalior Madhya Pradesh and spent my early year's studying in gwalior. From a young age i was passionate about learning and worked hard in my studies despite this like many families i also faced family & personal challenges but those experiences taught me resilience, responsibility and the importance of never giving up . 

At the age of 21 , i chose a path different from the conventional one . I discontinued my collage education and cma journey to pursue a vision that had been growing in my mind for years to build a company founded on honesty, integrity and long term value. 

Manaksha Developer's is the beginning of that vision . We are starting with a simple belief buildings can be constructed with concrete and steel but a great company is built on trust . Our goal is not just to develop real estate. It is to earn the confidence of every customer through transparency quality and keeping every promise we make 

I believe kindness  is a strength honesty is non negotiable and success should never come at the cost of integrity. These values will guide every decision we make as we grow 

This is only the first step of a long journey ahead . I know that trust is earned over time and we are committed to building it one project one realtionship and one promise at a time.

Every meaningful journey begins with a decision to believe in yourself, even when the path is uncertain. 

I was born and raised in Indore madhya Pradesh where i completed my early education before pursuing an MBA from imperial collage london. My academic journey gave me a global perspective while my professional experience taught me that leadership is built through responsibility, discipline and the courage to make difficult decisions 

Before joining this company, i had the privilege of working as a head of revenue supervisor in the renowned  logictics company of india and later served as the ceo of Manish Travels ( sole proprietorship) where i gained valuable experience in operations, customer service, financial discipline and team leadership 

My personal journey has also shaped who i am today. There was a time when i had to make difficult choices and stand by my own decisions even when it meant going against expectations. Those experiences strengthened my belief that every individual deserves freedom to pursue their dreams with dignity determination and confidence. 

Today, as the ceo of  Manaksha Developer's my commitment is clear to build an organisation that values honesty, accountability, innovation and excellence in everything we do .

We are a young company . But we have long term ambitious.every project we undertake will be guided by transparency, customer trust , quality .   we believe that success is not measured only by number of projects we create, but by the relationships we build and the confidence we earn .

Personally leadership to me , means taking responsibility, making bold decisions when necessary, and inspiring people through actions rather than words . I believe in setting high standards, encouraging innovation and creating a culture where every team member is respected and empowered to grow .

The company was born during a period of uncertainty and challenges. Rather than waiting for the perfect opportunity, it's founders chose to create one , with determination, resilience and a shared vision , they laid th foundation of a company that aims to earn trust before recognition and build relationships before building's 

The story of our founder's is unique . 

Although aakansha and manish were complete strangers, thier paths cross just two months before the company was established. What started as a conversation soon become a shared vision to build a real estate company driven by transparency, Ethical leadership and long term value. United by common principles and a commitment to excellence, they decided to begin this Journey together. 

Both founder's have faced similar personal challenges and similar family problems that's why there is very strong bond between both founder's within short period of time and they both made difficult life decisions in pursuit of thier aspirations. Those experiences have made the culture of our organization - one built on resilience, accountability, compassion and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right 

Today Manaksha Developer's is focused on delivery high quality redevelopment and commercial real estate projects across mumbai , Navi mumbai . Every project is guided by meticulous planning responsible development and a promise to uphold the highest standards of honesty, quality and customer trust .

The realtionship between our founder's reflects the culture we wish to build within our organization. As ceo aakansha mam often describes Manish as not only her co-founder but also her closest friend.
