Manaksha Developer's is more than a real estate company it is The story of two best friends Manish Rawat and Aakansha Gupta who believed that the strongest foundations not with concrete, but with deep trust .
The name Manaksha was never created for branding alone . It was created to preserve a story .
It is a combination of Manish and Aakansha two names brought together by a close friendship built on mutual respect, honesty, unwavering support and a shared dream of creating something meaningful.
Every time the name Manaksha is spoken, it reminds us why this journey began and the values we promised would never change.
The name also carries the spirit of the hindi word maanak ( मानक) meaning a benchmark or standard of excellence. It constantly reminds us that every project we undertake should set new benchmarks in quality, transparency, ethical leadership and customer trust .
Our journey officially began on 22 july 2026 but the dream behind the company was built long before the incorporation documents were signed.
During a time filled with uncertainty , difficult decisions and limited resources, we chose not to wait for opportunities we chose to create them
To transform an idea into reality Aakansha invested her lifetime personal savings and courageously sold her jewellery to provide the company initial capital along with her manish invested his personal savings with the same belief and commitment.
Every rupee invested represented sacrifice, hard work and faith in a vision they refused to give up .
Not a single rupee was raised from outside investor's manaksha Developer's was built entirely on the founder's own belief personal commitment and determination
